Light on the other end

Back in Canada for a week or so. Gone through a four and half day of Summer school on Iwasawa theory...as one always says: my horizon has just widen. There is a lot of intersections of what were been lectured and what I am reading now. Now that's sort of helps in motivating me to continue keep chewing on, especially things are getting more and more involved and technical. Am I seeing light on the other end? Not really but I think at least I have a better feel of where that light on the other end is, although it will possibly require more effort and time of me before I can pinpoint its exact location.
