Leaving and returning

Will be leaving Singapore in less than two days time and returning to Canada to continue my study. Everytimes I come back to Singapore, there will always be changes either to the surroundings, my friends or family, which is why I try to make a point to return at least once a year. Wondering how many of my friends will be married next time I come back or if someone having a new child or getting a new job or many many things.

Well of course changes is not limited to others, I am also changing. Growing old, fat, more white hair and at the same time dropping more hair...

Sometimes one has to give up some things in order to do what he wants. The tricky part is whether one realises completely what he has chosen to give up. I have a feeling due to my lack of foresight, there may be some things that I have given up although I haven't come to realise what the exact "things" are. Guess time will tell.
