Lazy and laidback

I have becoming lazier this few days, having great difficulties to wake up before 12, no matter how early I retire to bed. Also the time I spent on reading up is getting shorter per day, even though I should be catching up on the things I should learn. I am also having some short term memory loss. There is often the occasion I am doing something and forgetting what I am supposed to do next....sigh....is this a sign of aging? :(

Recently, I also find myself in the habit of blanking out. It happens when I am doing my reading or surfing web. I just sort of blank out and not thinking anything, but just staring at my books or the computer screen. Wonder what sort of phenomenons/behaviours are these and if there are any measures to counter this.

Enough of ranting, I should seriously get back to my readings. Hopefully I will have a good progress.

are you worried about certain things deep down inside? if so that could explain it as a lot of energy is used to hide certain truths from the conscious mind and shelve them into the subconscious. if not maybe you are just overworked. do not oversleep. that could also be the reason as you are disrupting your natural sleep cycles by waking up too late. get some fresh air and exercise. feel free to consult me if you have any mp before you become like me. good luck.
